SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, the Vermont State Police was conducting traffic enforcement in the town of Richford. While enforcing speed on VT Route 105 a black SUV was observed passing another vehicle at high speeds. The vehicle was visually estimated to be traveling at 80MPH in a posted 50MPH zone with the in-car RADAR confirming the vehicle was traveling at 84MPH. The operator was identified as Kenneth Cameron (39) of Richford, VT. Cameron was issued a VCVC under Title 23 VSA 1081 and was given a citation to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court on 11/10/2026 at 0800 hours.
